** Holidays: An additional $25 will be charged for one night only for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas, Easter, Sumner County’s Fall and Spring Breaks (for both public and private schools and college)! This charge is only for one individual night – not for the entire stay.

There will be a $5 Early Drop-off fee if you arrive for daycare before 6:30 AM Monday – Friday or before 7:30 AM on Saturday. There will also be a $10 Early Drop-off fee if you arrive before 7:30 AM for boarding and $10 Late Drop-off fee if you arrive after 5:30 PM for boarding.

All holidays require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to book. This $50 cannot be applied as a credit for future use. We can only offer a refund upon the death of an animal.

Requirements

• Your pet must be up to date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella)
• If your female pet is over the age of 7 months, they must be spayed.
• Your pet must not show signs of aggression
• Your pet must pass a temperament test if required
• Bordetella is required every 6 months
